Welcome to World Allergy Summit 2027. By registering for the conference,
workshops, masterclasses, scientific sessions, and associated activities,
you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Note:
- Active members of the IAP Allergy Chapter are eligible for member rates.
- All rates are exclusive of 18% GST and applicable transaction charges.
- Save ₹2,000 by becoming a member of the IAP Allergy Chapter and receive ISAAS Membership free.
1. Registration & Payment
- Registration will be confirmed only upon successful receipt of the applicable registration fee.
- All registration fees are subject to applicable taxes and statutory charges.
- Delegates are advised to retain payment receipts and transaction references for future correspondence.
- The Organizing Committe reserved the right to reject or Cancel any registration.
- Registration fees are exclusive of 18% GST and 3% to 5% transaction charges, as applicable.
- Registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, the trade exhibition, conference lunches, inaugural dinner, conference kit, and banquets.
- The Organizing Committee shall not be liable in any form for changes in the date or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By registering for this event, delegates agree that their contact details may be shared with exhibitors, who may contact them in the future. Delegates will
have the right to request exhibitors to OPT OUT of future contact at any time, and that request will be honored
2. Workshops, Masterclasses & Scientific Sessions
- Participation in workshops and masterclasses is subject to seat availability.
- Seats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The organizers reserve the right to modify session schedules, faculty, venues, or program formats when necessary.
- Additional registration fees may apply for selected workshops or special sessions.
3. Delegate Responsibilities
- Delegates must provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Conference badges must be worn and displayed at all official conference venues.
- Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel, accommodation, visas, and insurance.
- The organizers shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
4. Cancellation, Postponement & Program Changes
- 100% refund – The Congress Secretariat must receive written notification of cancellation at least 30 days before the event. This will entitle the delegate to a 100% refund less 18% GST and applicable transaction charges of 3% to 5%.
- No refund – A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made within 30 days prior to the event date.
- PG students are required to submit a bonafide certificate from the Head of Department or Institute.
- The organizing committee reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any part of the event due to circumstances beyond its control.
- Program content, speakers, venues, and schedules may change without prior notice.
- The decision of the organizing committee shall be final and binding.
Note: All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat at "query email".
5. Photography, Videography & Media Consent
- By attending the conference, delegates consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during conference activities.
- Such photographs, videos, and recordings may be used for educational, promotional, publication, archival, and social media purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for conference administration and communication purposes.
- The organizers will take reasonable measures to protect participant data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- The organizers, scientific committee, sponsors, exhibitors, venue authorities, and associated partners shall not be liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience suffered by delegates during or in connection with the conference.
- Delegates participate in all conference activities at their own risk.
8. Code of Conduct
- All delegates are expected to maintain professional and respectful conduct throughout the conference.
- Harassment, discrimination, disruptive behavior, or misconduct of any kind may result in removal from the conference without refund.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions of
